What does the use of Workheld cost?

There are various packages for using Workheld, which are suitable for you depending on factors such as the size of your company. For more information contact us and we will make you an individual offer.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in the Microsoft Azure West Europe Cloud. This server service was developed to meet the strict EU data protection requirements and certifications. All customer data and required systems are located on a customer-owned database in a data center in Western Europe (Amsterdam) and comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Reglation (GDPR).

You also have the option of using Workheld in your company’s Microsoft Azure database or as an on-premise solution.

Can I test Workheld in advance?

Can Workheld be connected to an already existing ERP / CRM System?

Workheld can be used as a standalone solution, but can also be connected to an existing ERP/CRM system. The integration requires the creation of interfaces for importing and exporting the relevant information packages, which can vary depending on the requirement profile and the system. We would be happy to advise you on the development and implementation of interfaces.

Can I use the Workheld Mobile App with laptops instead of tablets?

The Workheld mobile app is basically compatible with all Windows 10 devices and can therefore also be installed and used on laptops. Although the application is optimized for touch operation, it can also be used with a trackpad or mouse.

Can Workheld be used in a team?

Workheld is designed for use in a team, which means that individual projects, assignments or tasks can be assigned to several technicians. It is also possible for technicians to document working and travel times for other employees, even if they do not have an active Workheld account.
