Measured variables and meter readings can be documented with Workheld in just a few steps, including photos and additional information.
Documenting measured values – without restrictions
The measured value acquisition in Workheld allows fast and uncomplicated acquisition of measured variables, meter readings and other values. Which measured values and units are to be made available can be set individually.
Of course, images, sketches and other documents can also be added when recording measured values. For example, when reading a measured value, a photo can be added as an additional safeguard to prove that the value was noted correctly afterwards.
If the measured value acquisition takes place in the course of a work order or individual work step to which an asset has also been assigned, the value is automatically linked to the asset history and can be called up at any time via the asset overview. The intelligent voice assistant can also support the recording of measured values. With the command “I want to document measured values” our assistant asks for value, unit and description and automatically saves the measured value for the current work step.
Measured values via checklists
Workheld also allows the recording of measured values via checklists, which can consist of any number of points and either specify that the execution of activities must be confirmed or that specific measured values must be recorded. It is up to you to decide how much leeway is left to the technician when working through the checklist. Individual points can be marked as mandatory or they can already specify which measured value must be recorded when, how and where. Of course, the technician can also add comments at any time.
