Many work orders in the day to day business are almost the same. With the Workheld work order templates you do not have to create them individually again and again.
Simple creation of work order templates
Many processes in assembly, service or maintenance are repeated in one way or another. Therefore it does not make sense to create them from scratch again and again. This is not only time-consuming, but also prevents learning from completed projects, assignments and work orders.
With the work templates in Workheld there is no need to create a template first. Instead, the work templates can be created and saved from an existing project at the push of a button. This means that you can use an already successfully completed project to create a template. Alternatively, you can of course create a new project as usual and use it to create a work template.
Creating new projects out of work templates
It is just as easy to fill a new project from a work template. Simply create a new project. As long as you have not yet created any work orders in it, you will find the APPLY TEMPLATE button in the project overview.
Tan you can select the desired template and also select and deselect work orders within the template. Before the project is finally filled with the contents of the work template, you can enter a new order address. Of course, checklists and the assigned tools are part of the templates.
Simple template management
With Workheld you always have an overview of all work templates and can easily search or delete them when they are no longer needed. To edit a work template, simply use it in the project that requires the changes and simply create another template or replace the original work template.
