With the integrated logbook in WorkHeld, technicians are able to document not only their travel times but also the point of departure and destination, the purpose of the trip and the distance travelled.
Logbook for all cases
When documenting travel times, a logbook can also be used, which contains not only the starting point and destination, the purpose of the trip and the route travelled, but also information on the means of transport. Of course it can also be specified whether the travel time is active or passive.
For teams, it is possible for a single technician to create logbook entries for all other colleagues. All that needs to be done is to select the appropriate colleagues from a list when creating the documentation – they do not even need an active WorkHeld User.
